Wash rice twice and soak for 1/2 hrs. Marinate the rice with ghee
Heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, cloves, green elachi, 1 bay leaf, cinsmon stick. Let it crackle for few minutes.
Add rice. Fry for few minutes. Add turmeric powder, gram masala powder, sugar.. Saute it for few minutes.
Then add water as needed. Close the lid amd wait for 2 whistle.
Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with roasted dry fruits.
